On 13 May at KBS2 Music Show [MUSIC BANK], Kim Hyun Joong was there to encourage Heo Young Saeng debut stage. Kim Hyun Joong, Heo Young Saeng and Kim Kyu Jong who was also there to show support took a "Hwaiting Photo", as a huge backup and support for the start of Heo Young Saeng solo activities.

SS501 members attended to Heo YoungSaeng’s solo comeback.

Heo YoungSaeng made his very first appearance in public TV through KBS2 TV ‘Music Bank’ broadcasted on 13-May. SS501 members came together for Heo YoungSaeng.

On this day, Kim KyuJong who is in the same company with him, as well as Kim HyunJoong, who is currently preparing for his solo album, came to the waiting room to support Heo YoungSaeng’s very first performance.

Boy Group SS501 accelerates their solo pace. After their contract with their former agency DSP media expires, member of SS501 move into each's respective agency. This year, one by one, each member will embark on their solo activities.

The first member to break the news of his solo activites was Park Jung Min who had released his first solo album 'Not Alone' on the 20th January. Despite the absence of ripple effect which is undoubtly powerful when SS501 is as a group, Park Jung Min's popularity had not shot to another level higher, his solo debut has also satisfied fans who have been waiting for SS501.

Chinese media Fensiwang reported on 11-Jan 'Kim KyuJong and Heo YoungSaeng said in front of their fans that SS501 will be coming back together again and so asking fans not to worry'.

According to the news report, both of them who recently held a fan meeting in Hong Kong, revealed their thoughts that they felt regretful that the fans weren't able to see all of SS501 members, they told the fans, 'Currently, we are going only going separate ways for our own development, but we have not disband so don't worry'.

Kim KyuJong and Heo YoungSaeng said 'The dreams that each of us have is different, even though we have moved to different agencies, that doesn't mean that we have disbanded. Someday, you will be able to see SS501 with all 5 members together.'

SS501 members flaunted their friendship.

On the 4th at Seoul Sangmyung University's church hall, there was a special guest who found his way to the [Kyujong & Youngsaeng Story in Seoul]. And he is none other than Park Jung Min. He has made his way right down to the waiting lounge in order to congratulate Kyujong and Youngsaeng's first official schedule ever since moving into a new agency. On this day's fanmeeting, gagman Lee Jinho is the MC for it. Heo Youngsaeng and Kim Kyujong sung to [I love you..I'm sorry] and [Never let you go]. On 28-Nov, 5-member male group SS501 had their 2000 days of debut and expressed their thankfulness to their fans.

SS501’s magnae HyungJun wished for the best for 5 members through his own twitter account “It's 2000 days already~ I pray for all 5 of us to work hard and be filled only with even happier things”.

Wow, our boys are among the highest paid! I know some people find the subject of their talent fees inappropriate to divulge, but it's just a rough estimate. And besides, these boys work really hard they deserve all the blessings they get! :)

Group SS501's members Kim Hyun Joong, Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Jun has had left their previous agency DSP Media ever since their contract with them expired. Admist which, remaining members Kim Kyu Jong and Heo Young Saeng are said to be moving into new agencies as well.

A related personnel from DSP Media mentioned in a phone interview with TV Report, "Heo Young Saeng and Kim Kyu Jong will be moving into new agencies as well. As to when and which agency they will be moving into, there are no concrete decisions made for now".

In addition, "All the members do not want SS501 to break up, despite each moving into various agencies, they will still maintain activities together. Though there are no official and confirmed decisions yet, in future when SS501 release albums or have concerts/events, DSP Media will be directly and indirectly participating in them".

On the other hand, Kim Hyun Joong is shooting for his new MBC drama Playful Kiss, whilst Park Jung Min and Kim Hyung Jun are preparing for their acting career and overseas venturing.

Kim Hyun Joong “SS501 not disband.. Preparing for solo album next year”

Kim Hyun Joong is preparing for his solo album.

Kim Hyun Joong attended ‘Mischievous Kiss’ press conference held on 26-Aug 2pm at Imperial Palace Hotel at NonHyun-dong, Seoul. He revealed “Moving to Key East is for actor Kim Hyun Joong’s career. However, it isn’t just actor, but the company will also manage singer Kim Hyun Joong’s career. It is good.”

He added “Although there aren’t any concrete plans yet, it is true that I am preparing as a singer. I don’t know if it will be a group or solo. However looking at the circumstances now, I am preparing for the album thinking that will most likely be a solo.

After the release of the full version of 3D music video of ‘Love Ya’, the title song of SS501’s album ‘Destination’, there are floods of enquiries about watching the video.

According to JOY 3D, at this point of time ‘Love Ya’ 3D music video cannot be watched via normal TV, it is only possible to watch through 3D TV.

SS501’s ‘Love Ya’ 3D music video used the converting technique for the conversion, which is said to be more outstanding than those filmed with 3D camera.

JOY 3D said “The release of this 3D music video will give some comfort to fans for the disappointment they have due to the short activity period of SS501. Currently, we are receiving enquiries from overseas companies and we are discussing with DSP Media on co-production of 3D contents.”

Meanwhile, SS501 ‘Love Ya’ music video will be released through Inter Bee Seoul Forum (3D video forum) on 27-Aug.

SS501 Being Re-created with ‘Love Ya’ 3D Music Video

SS501 will return with 3D music video.

Included in SS501’s new abum ‘Destination’ released in May, title song ‘Love Ya’ full version music video will be re-created into 3D. This 3D music video is made for the fans because of SS501’s short activity period for this album.

This music video will have the a three-dimensional effect that makes SS501 stands out like real in front of your eyes. With their dance and charismatic expressions and brilliant camera working, SS501 will show a different type of charisma.

JOY3D who will be producing ‘Love Ya’ 3D music video said “3D format has advanced, previously limited to movies and commercial films, it has even influenced music industry. Music video can be part of music and we re-create them to 3D music video, it will have a huge influence in the future trend.”

I watched Step Up 3D this weekend and I gotta say, the 3D experience was awesome! It was really really worth the P250 we paid. I've watched other films in 3D before, but never this good with Step Up 3D. And now this news come out that we're gonna have Love Ya in 3D?! Wow, that's really cool! Now, where to buy the 3D glasses? Hmmm...

Jung Min's message @ DSP website has brought about a barrage of articles! We've waited weeks for this and now we have more information coming at us!!! Hurray! I love the first article. I'm so happy to know that JM's first priority is still SS501. That's so comforting. And try to keep in mind the title of the 3rd article. And keep it in your hearts, ok? Try to internalize the positive infos, especially the ones I've highlighted. We have to dispel all negative thoughts and think positive! Now all we need is an official statement regarding Kyu, Saengie, and Baby Jun's future moves...

SS501 activities will be Jung Min's first and foremost priority

According to CNR media on the 10th, "Park Jung min signed on to us because he wants to widen his acitivities in the asian region, of course inclusive of domestically (korea). In future, he will be aiming to attain a firm position in asia as a multi-entertainer. Also, Jungmin will be positively and eagerly participating in any thing related to SS501 as SS501's Jungmin, and so with that, SS501 activities will be his first and foremost priority in anything". Though having said that, for now to see, the name 'SS501' belongs to DSP Media, since each member are moving into new agencies, so when they carry out work in that agency, it isn't very likely that they could use the name SS501, so it seems like only lip-service is performed...

A personnel from SS501's leader Kim HyunJoong who have moved to agency KEYEAST expressed that HyunJoong's relationship with the other members is good, and in future too, it will be possible to carry out music activities as SS501 together", he also stated their stand that Hyunjoong did not move out of/leave SS501 at all. But with Park Jungmin's situation now, it doesn't seem so likely. With that the case, in order that both of them will not be responsible for any form of rumoured 'disbandment', all such information are going through only from each's agency representatives.

Big concern over the 3 remaining SS501 member's move

With 2 moving into new agencies, there is massive concern over the remaining 3 members' moves.

According to a related personnel, 3 of them -- KimKyujong, HeoYoungsaeng, KimHyungjun -- are searching for new agency companies. Amongst these 3, Kim KyuJong and Heo YoungSaeng are said to be in midst of discussion of a contract with famous female singer L's agency. Whilst for Kim HyungJun, he is said to be looking for a another different agency company from KimKyuJong and Heo YoungSaeng.

Though all of them are dispersed in different places, they do not wish to let go of SS501.

Including Kim HyunJoong and Park Jungmin, Heo Youngsaeng, Kim Kyujong, Kim Hyungjun all wish to persist as SS501 rather than any disbandment, which has common sentiments as surrounding personnel, too.

For the time being, SS501 will not carry out activities together, but in future, they will most probably be like Shinhwa; 'separate yet together'.

But because they are not in the same agency to do group activities together, fans found it hard to anticipate much and are inevitably little sad.

SS501 will not disband!

Boy group SS501's leader KimHyunJoong had moved in June, and now, member Park Jungmin is also leaving ex-agency DSP media, which lead to massive concern over SS501's future activities.

Park Jung Min left his piece on 10 August on SS501's DSP webpage titled 'This is Jungmin' and talked about his recency. Because he had previously made a promise with fans to let them know whenever he's signed on to any agency, he decided to leave an entry on the homepage.

Park Jungmin introduced his new agency with 'From now on, I will be moving forth with the name Park Jungmin from/in SS501'.

Park Jungmin revealed, "The agency I'll be working alongside is CNR MEDIA, which is comprised by Taiwan's COMIC-RITZ and Korea's ROY MEDIA. Though very worried and anxious, please give much of your support to this Jungmin who will be taking his first brand new step forward. Will work harder and develop better in future too".

Prior to Jungmin, SS501's leader Kim HyunJoong had already moved to hanryu star Bae Yongjun's agency company -- Keyeast the last June 29.

On this day (10th), according to a related personnel, now that Park Jungmin and Kim Hyunjoong have moved to a new agency, the remaining 3 members Kim Hyungjun, Kim Kyujong, Heo Youngsaeng are all looking for new agencies too. Up until now, because they're still looking for new agencies, seeing how Park Jungmin and Kim Hyunjoong had individually signed on to new companies gave them more strength in doing so. Of course, a DSP media's personnel mentioned too, "Though SS501 members are looking for new companies, they do not want SS501 to disband. They also said, in future when they are going to work as 'SS501', they will be under DSP media", adding on.

However, because two members have went in to new companies, and with 3 looking for new nests, it will not be possible to work as SS501 for the time being.

SS501 Park Jung-min signs with new agency

Popular K-pop group SS501 member Park Jung-min has signed with a new agency, according to the singer on Tuesday.

Park, 23, wrote a message on the official website of SS501, announcing he will start pursuing a solo career with CNR Media, a firm set up jointly by major Taiwanese drama producer Comic-Ritz and Korea's ROY MEDIA.

He said he was writing the message because he had "promised fans they would be the first to know" if a decision was made and asked for their continued love and support.

Park emphasized however, that he is still a member of SS501, downplaying speculation that the group might disband after their contract with former agency DSP Media expired on June 8.

CNR Media also stressed there would be no changes to the group. "Park will continue to actively take part in all activities carried out under the name of SS501... We agreed that his band activities will be his priority," CNR stated.

Park is the second member of the five-man band to sign with a new talenthouse. Leader Kim Hyun-joong joined KEYEAST in late June, one of South Korea's largest entertainment houses of which top actor Bae Yong-joon is a major shareholder.

Other members of the SS501, namely Kim Hyung-joon, Heo Young-saeng and Kim Kyu-jong, have yet to decide on their future plans.

SS501, whose activities are now currently held in suspension carried out an event in Japan last April, will be releasing a DVD of that event in Japan. SS501's event was at Japan's Saitama Arena last April. Preorder began last 30th July, and it was known that sales already came close to 10K. Following after DVD releases, compilation albums consisting of hits and non-released songs will be released as scheduled, too. To this, it seems similar to DBSG's strategy back then. At that time, two members left DBSG, yet without any activities, DBSG released DVD and albums in Japan, which still gained popularity. After few discographies released in Japan, it became a fact that they were disbanding. Similarly for SS501, despite leader Kim Hyunjoong moving into new agency and in shrouded situation, the group is still releasing DVD and discographies in Japan. It attracts attention to whether or not this will be their final 'group activity'.

To this, former agency DSP media who supports for the 4 members' --excluding Kim Hyun Joong-- activities, expressed that SS501 has a very strong linger/affection for SS501. No matter what, they are looking for opportunities to resume activities as SS501 again. Member Kim Hyung Jun has also recently revealed his will to continue guarding by SS501 through his self-penned letter to fans.

I know a lot of fans are discouraged right now. I also know that some you, even though you're keeping the faith, you can't help but be saddened because there's still no certainty regarding SS501 future activities. But as for me, I look at the members, and all I see is their love for each other and their group. No matter what, I believe, they still want to be 1 as SS501. No amount of news or articles can ever change that belief in me. I mean, it's evident in their words and expressions. Just read Baby's letter to Triple S, or look at Jung Min's surprise appearance in Baby's party, the way they hugged and kissed... or Leader's ever ringing words from X-Concert. Their affection for each other is hard to deny. And that affection, that love, plus their love for their fans will be the reason why they will NOT disband. Those of you who are losing hope, please hang on, because if you don't trust in SS501 now, that means you're disregarding their bond, which is really really strong. I know we all miss them, SO MUCH. We miss seeing them all together on stage. The question is... are you willing to wait for them? I sure as hell do.
